5&2 Insurance Services, LLC was started in 2017 by Chrystal Bailey and Kimberly Deloach, co-Owners and best friends with like-minded goals for their clients and family. 5&2 stands for the parable about the 5 loaves and 2 fish, how a little boy brought what he had to Jesus and how Jesus multiplied what was given to Him. We believe when we give what we have to the Lord He can do so much more with it than we ever could have done!
We have a passion to help our community not just with Medicare insurance needs but also caring for what each individual may need. We take the time to do a thorough needs assessment to find the best plan option for each client. We also do seminars through the year to get help for people who may need meals, extra savings on their medicine (above their health plan), vision and dental costs and alternative non-narcotic pain medicine.
We care about each and every client and they are really more like family than clients to us. We take great pride in what we do even if it’s to tell you, you already have the best plan option.

Chrystal Bailey
Born in California, Chrystal lived in nine states before settling in Greenville, South Carolina in 1983. She fell in love with Greenville and married Richard Bailey in 1984. They have two sons, Samuel (30) and Johnathan (22). She also has four furry children – Sparkles, Molly, Buddy, and Ziggy. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, horse-back riding, and painting.
She has been serving the upstate of South Carolina since 1998, first as an auditor and then as an agent. While she has clients in 15 counties in South Carolina alone, she also has licenses in North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee to serve clients outside of the upstate.
Starting her career as an Aflac agent, Chrystal quickly became the #1 agent in South Carolina two years in a row and went on to receive 24 top agent awards through her years of service with various companies. The commercial groups she secured opened up a lot of other needs focusing on those in the senior community. Chrystal cares very much for each client she has and partners with local ministries to help meet the needs of her clients beyond insurance.
After working with mostly senior clients and branching out to multiple insurance products to help meet each person’s needs, she opened up an agency with her best friend Kimberly Deloach; establishing 5&2 Insurance Services. Combined with her years of expertise, specializing in products of all kinds for seniors helps take away the burden of “Trying to figure it out” when it comes to all of your Medicare options.
Chrystal Bailey
Kimberly Deloach was born and raised in New Jersey until she was a freshman in high school and then moved to SC. She has been helping countless clients who become more like family for over 15 years now. Kimberly services 13 counties in SC, and is also licensed in NC and GA. She loves and values helping her clients find the best option for them when it comes to there health and life needs.
She represents all of the Medicare advantage plans, top Medicare supplements and top life insurance plans. She was awarded the top agent for the region with Cigna and the 2nd top agent with Aetna Medicare advantage plans. She has also been awarded numerous awards as top agents over the years since she has been in the business.
When she is not on her phone, computer or with clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending church and relaxing on the beach. She is married to her husband James, has 2 sons Harley 23 and Jay 19, and a 3yr old grandson Grayson who is wrapped around her finger. Kimberly loves her clients who are more like family, she loves her family and friends and loves Jesus.
